Jennifer Bennington focuses her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor representation, and business and corporate law. Ms Bennington is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Bennington was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2006 and the North Carolina State Bar in 2007. Before joining Stephen L. Beaman, PLLC, Ms. Bennington served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Rich Leonard, of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina from 2006-2007, and practiced bankruptcy law with Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. from 2007 to 2009.
