Simple Deeds--We
can help you with a North Carolina deed on-line. Simply send us the
information requested below. We will draft the deed and either email it to
you or send it to you by regular mail, whichever you prefer. Our
fee is $85.00.
Home Purchases &
Loan Closings--We are approved for these transactions by all major banks
and title insurance companies. We generally limit this part of our
practice to Wilson, Nash, Edgecombe, Greene and Wayne counties, North Carolina,
but will consider other eastern North Carolina areas. Simply tell your
bank or real estate agent that you want our firm to represent you in your
closing and send us an email letting us know as well.
Lease Transactions--We
advise clients in commercial lease transactions and represent clients in
